Discount Tire

My overall experience was excellent. However, I did have one complaint and that was that they did not give me back my custom valve stem caps that I had purchased for my car. I didn't notice until I was showing someone my new tires. It was too late then to go back to the store because they had already closed. When people pay extra money for something, you shouldn't assume that they don't want those extra things that have been added to the old tires. Something as simple as a value cap, in this case was special because my grandkids got them for me.

I visited Discount Tire this past Sunday afternoon after discovering a nail in my tire. Another repair shop had told me they might not be able to help until the next day, which would not work because I was traveling back to Georgia then. Thankfully, my cousin recommended Discount Tire, which was only six minutes away. Within five minutes of arriving, a young man shook my hand and asked how can he help me. The staff was professional and very helpful. Within 30 to 35 minutes of being there, my vehicle was waiting for me. I would highly recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family.

Waking up on a Saturday morning to discover a flat tire is never how anyone wants to start their weekend, especially on a hot Arkansas day. After jacking up the car and putting on the spare, I realized the tire shop where I originally purchased my tires was closed for the entire weekend. With limited options, I quickly searched nearby and narrowed it down to Walmart or Discount Tire. I'd never been to Discount Tire before, but a friend of mine has always sworn they're the best. I pulled in fully expecting to pay for either a repair or a replacement. To my surprise, they repaired the tire at no charge. The entire process was seamless. They fixed the tire, remounted it, and even put my spare back where it belonged. In a world where it often feels like every little thing comes with an extra fee, this level of customer service was refreshing. What started as a frustrating Saturday morning turned into a genuinely positive experience. If you need a tire repaired, replaced, or simply want to do business with people who take care of their customers, I highly recommend Discount Tire. They earned a customer for life.

This is the best tire shop ever. Everyone was so nice and professional. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Needed tires today and had heard several talk about the service here. Every employee I interacted with was courteous and professional. They moved super fast also, even though they were busy. In and out in 40 mins.
